Fabulous Family Getaway!
clean caravan friendly staff
My family loved the super clean caravan! It was easy to find. Security staff was friendly. AJ and Mike were helpful. I felt safe because staff members were patrolling the site in vans. This ensured everything was secure and peaceful.
The park had an issue with speed humps. My car's body kit got scratched due to the speed humps. I found them unnecessary.

adequate, but needs improvement
dirty sofa bed expensive drinks
the location was acceptable and within walking distance of the beach.
the caravan wasn't very clean. i found crumbs and dust throughout the unit. the sofa bed cushions were stained (i definitely questioned their hygiene). also, the fire alarm went off one night, and staff took children to the fire point without informing parents, this caused unnecessary panic for everyone. the arcade was fun, but drinks prices were very expensive.

Great Caravan Getaway
clean caravan friendly staff convenient shop
The caravan was very clean and well maintained. I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The shop on site was better than others I have visited. It offered a wide selection. There is also a chip shop, Papa John's, and Burger King on site which added to the convenience.
The caravan was slightly further from the main complex than I would have preferred. This meant a longer walk to the entertainment.

Staff members were polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. They addressed all my queries promptly and efficiently. This positive attitude created a cute atmosphere across the whole park.

The site offers easy access to the nearby Bowleaze Cove. Buses stop right outside the park. This makes exploring easy. I found the area very accessible for local sightseeing.

I found the food great value. There were tasty options at the restaurants onsite. I enjoyed the convenience of having multiple dining choices within the park.

The accommodation was very clean. A great bus service runs into the city center and other local destinations. I found plenty to do and enjoyed myself . The site itself was also very tidy.

dusty surfaces faulty cushion
the resort's location was acceptable for exploring the surrounding area (a definite plus).
The caravan needed serious attention. The surfaces were dusty. the shower head was broken. the sofa cushions didn't even match, causing my daughter to fall because one cushion was faulty.
